Defective or Damaged Products

Items Lost in Transit
By ordering from us, you agree with our Shipping time. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as customs inspections can sometimes cause delays. If the tracking information on your order doesn't have an update in 30 days, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly send out a replacement order.
